Scope of the Policy This policy applies to all products and services purchased through Mixmrt’s website and mobile application, which include retail shopping, pharmacy, groceries, restaurants, and parcel delivery.

General Conditions for a Refund To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must have been purchased through Mixmrt.
  • A refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The request must include a valid reason for the refund.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. For services, refund eligibility will vary based on the provider's specific policy.

Refund Request Process

  1. Submit a Request: You must submit a refund request via the Mixmrt website or mobile app. The request should clearly state the reason for the refund.
  2. Vendor Review: The respective vendor will review the refund request. Vendors have the authority to approve or deny requests based on the item’s condition or the nature of the service.
  3. Platform Intervention: In cases of dispute between the customer and the vendor, Mixmrt will review the situation. Our review will be based on fairness and the adherence to this policy.

Refund Execution

  • Approved refunds will be processed either back to the original payment method or as store credit, based on the customer’s choice and vendor agreement.
  • Refund processing times may vary but will generally be completed within 7-10 days from the approval date.

Non-refundable Items Certain types of items and services are generally excluded from refunds, including:

  • Perishable goods such as food and flowers.
  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Beauty products and personal care goods.
  • Health and personal care items.
  • Services already rendered or utilized.
